Excellent repair and customer service

 

We recently brought in our 2000 Ford F250 Power Stroke with a slipping transmission. Being currently unemployed and facing upcoming surgery, Mark was honest and most helpful at getting our repairs complete at a very fair price. The truck drives better than new. We could not be more pleased. Thanks so much for helping us when our luck was running out. Highly Recommend.

I would like to thank the guys at budget. they were great from the mechanic to manager. I expected to wiat most of day because my analysis is a fit in basis but was taken as soon as they opened. they listened to me on what ihad done to correct my problem with no descent. in 15 min they found my problem , corrected it and at no charge. my gosh where does that happen now adays.the whole secession was excellent. I will never have anyone but a1 to fix my autos again. iwill refer they to all my friends that need auto repairs. in a score of 10 I rate they as 20. thanks so much and keep up the good work sincerely, paul king

Auto repair

 

We have been blessed to find A1 transmission. We have been to five different places to resolve our car problems and none were able to find our noise and rattle problems.Within one day at A1 they not only found the problems but repaired them.We were able to leave town the next day. It was driving a new vehicle. Thank you Midas for recommending A1 After all these years we now have a service shop we can rely on.

Excellent Service

 

This shop helped me out after I had a terrible experience with another service shop. They brought me into the shop and explained everything that should have been done by the previous shop and was not. I have taken the first shop to small claims court and A-1 has been very helpful in educating me. They fixed my car and it has been running great ever since. Cannot recommend these guys high enough!

I recently brought my 2001 Honda Odyssey in to A1 after 2 prior mechanics advised i needed a new transmission. I spoke with Mark initially that advised that they would like to take their own look. I was fully prepared to replace a this transmission for $3000 or more. I could not believe it when they called and said the transmission appeared fine but recommend a few other minor repairs. I walked out of Budget with a van that runs great, a fraction of what i thought i was going to spend and great respect and trust for this company. These guys will be the first people i call or tell friends to call with any car issues. Thanks Mark and Scott and the A1 Team

Five Star Service: Customer and Mechanical

 

There is nothing worse than being out of town when something goes wrong. But friends recommended Budget A-1, and the company more than lived up to the glowing report they'd given us. Not only did they solve all problems, but lent us a personal car so we could go have breakfast. And then refused to charge us anything. As the comment just before mine said, businesses like this are rare. I only wish I lived in Colorado!! Many thanks gentlemen all.

Awesome Service!

 

I had the best experience from this shop. They were recommended to me by another trustworthy individual/business. My shift lever on the steering column had drifted so that Park was actually Reverse, and so on. Scott had me drop off my vehicle in the a.m. and when I went to pick it up, they had fixed the problem, test drove it, said my transmission was fine and didn't charge me a penny!! Businesses like this are rare in this day and age and I would definitely recommend Scott and their team of awesome mechanic to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. As Arnie says, "I'll be back" but hopefully not for any serious car issues for a long time.

Great, Trustworthy Company!

 

I took my car to get looked at because I was going to drive across the county. I did not think anything was wrong with my car but I wanted it checked before I started my trip. After they looked at my car I was told only minor repairs were needed. I wasn't sold anything I did not need and was not charged an arm and a leg for the service I would highly recommend taking your car here for any repairs or service your vehicle needs.

Greatest Auto Repair Experience Hands Down

 

This really is a great place. Budget A-1 was the best auto repair place I have ever been to. They were flexible with fitting me in when it fit my schedule. The service was very quick and easy. Scott, and everyone else I met, was very nice. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car so I knew exactly what needed to happen and what was going to get done. They have definitely earned their great reputation. I will never take my car anywhere else!!
